The Mountain Division of the USPHL NCDC Conference has been the talk of the town over the past two years, with 6 teams playing to sellout crowds in Idaho Falls, Ogden, Salt lake City, Rock Springs, Casper and Pueblo.

The Mayor of Billings, Mr. Bob Cole and CEO of Signal Peak Energy Mr. Parker Phipps, were instrumental in selling Billings to Mr. Fortin and making sure the that his new team was establishing in the Magic City. Mr. Fortin was love struck by the city and its people and did not hesitate... Billings was the place!
