The NCDC is the strongest conference of hockey in the USPHL, the largest Junior hockey league in North America. It is a tuition-free league, which means that the players do not pay-to-play. That way, you get the Top of the Crop and maximize the highest level of hockey possible.
Junior A is the caliber from which the Universities come and select their future players, meaning that the Buckaroos will be the last step for many young men, on their way to play University hockey.
The Mountain Division, which the Buckaroos will be part of, also have teams in Idaho Falls, Ogden, Salt Lake City, Rock Springs, Casper, Grand Junction and Pueblo.

The NCAA is the highest caliber of University hockey available for young hockey players. The Buckaroos will be playing with the intention of being recruited and committed by a D1, D2 or D3 program.
The ACHA is another Conference of University hockey that promotes the same level of excellence in academics and sports. Many Buckaroos will join the ACHA D1 and D2, in one of the hundreds of programs, nationwide.
